2.1 To register with aa45, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
2.2 Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account at aa45. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
2.3 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2.4 aa45 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory KYC verification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aa45 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account details with any other person.
3.2 aa45 will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from aa45 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to aa45 support immediately.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your aa45 account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify aa45's 24/7 support team immediately via live chat.
3.4 aa45 may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Account funds will be held during the investigation period.
3.5 aa45 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. This feature can be activated in your aa45 account settings at any time.
4.1 aa45 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit at aa45 is ₱100.
4.2 Deposits are processed in real time through aa45's payment partners. aa45 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which aa45 bears no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawals at aa45 are subject to the following conditions:

5.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus funds at aa45 must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before they may be withdrawn. Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

6.2 All slot and RNG-based games at aa45 use certified random number generators. Live dealer games are conducted by trained live hosts and streamed in real time. aa45 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, aa45's server records shall be the definitive source for determining game outcomes and bet results. Incomplete bets at the time of a disconnection will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules.

9.2 Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any aa45 content without the express written permission of aa45. Screen-recording or streaming aa45 live dealer tables without authorization is prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, aa45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or game losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond aa45's reasonable control.
10.2 aa45 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to aa45 Services.
10.3 aa45's maximum liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of aa45 Services shall first be submitted to aa45's customer support for resolution.
11.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through aa45's internal support process within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as applicable under Philippine gaming regulations.
11.3 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the processes described in this section.
12.1 aa45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, aa45 will notify registered Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the aa45 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of aa45 following notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using aa45 Services and contact support to close your account.
